what got you involved into cosplaying?

I’ve always wanted to participate in these cosplay events since the first time I’ve passed by one and seeing how unique people are in their cosplay costumes. All the hard work in being a character from a movie or a comic book sparked my interest, so I took it upon myself to see how it feels being on the other side. I have to say it’s exciting when people walk up to you and want a picture. It’s a once in a lifetime experience where you can be someone else and make someone else’s day. I’ve been doing for three years now.

What are some of your favorite hobbies when you’re not cosplaying?

My hobbies include comic books, video games, any anime Shows, weight lifting, skydiving, and bungee jumping. Pretty much anything crazy and daring you will see me do.

What are some upcoming conventions you’ll be attending?

You can catch me in December for Con-Alt-Delete in Chicago.

How long have you been cosplaying and what got you involved?

I’ve been cosplaying since May 2014. I got into cosplay from a co-worker who suggested I go to anime central, also known as Acen. He said I should try cosplay, and the first person who came to mind was Monkey D.Luffy from “One Piece.” Next thing you know it’s been 20 cosplays later.

What are some of your favorite hobbies when you’re not cosplaying?

I’m into video games, comic book reading, watching anime, or at the gym.

What are some upcoming conventions you’ll be attending?

I would hope my next convention is at con alt delete in December in Rosemont.

Some of my more notable characters are Blair the Cat from Soul Eater, Dark Link from Legend of Zelda, and Sly Cooper from Sly Cooper and the Thievious Raccoonus.

What are some of your hobbies? My hobbies include sewing and crafting, watching anime, typical geek stuff.

Where can people find you? You can find me at most Chicago cons, Colossalcon, and Dragoncon, etc.

Tell us about yourself? I am a cosplayer in his mid-30s that has been cosplaying for 13 years this August.  My first convention that I attended was Wizard World 2004 and I cosplayed as Neo from the Matrix trilogy.  I have a normal day job but I’m also a fitness trainer, Runner and OCR (obstacle course race) outside my normal responsibilities.  I do love anime and video games (most of my cosplays are anime based) and I’m also a huge sports fan.

What Are some upcoming cons you will be attending: I will be at Liberty City Anime con, NYCC, and Anime NYC.
